Jim stopped up and gave me a hand with getting the lamination for the railing set up. The laminated railing will be about 240 inches and as I cannot cut and handle 1/4 inch by 3/4 by 20 foot strips of wood in my shop I will have to use several scarf joints for the twelve strip wide rail. Getting the story going again, the jig in the pictures is a 72 1/2 inch diameter circle that with the help of the blocks and wedges laying next to the blocks will help me glue and hold the strips in place. I am a little apprehensive about the gluing as once you start you will have about 15 min. to finish the project
