What you see here is all of the 2 by 6 white oak boards for the spiral staircase that I will build this winter. The boards have been joined and planed to 1.75 inch and are now ready for glue up. the garbage bags you see on top of the wood stack are the planer shavings removed in the process of taking these air dried rough sawn 2 by 6 
oak boards to this point. the last picture you see is the wood glued and clamped to be cut into two treads which will be 37 inches long by six" by 14" . The only thing a picture cannot portray is how dog gone heavy these boards are. I want to thank Jim for coming up for a couple of hours just to help with this heavy work.
