I know it sounds foolish but if you look it up it is the appropriate usage of the term ( prophylactic ) as in to guard to protect. It took all day to stretch the PEX glue the foam boxes on and seal it with heavy polyvinyl sheeting and slide a 6" corrugated tube over the whole shebang. The next step putting it in the trough well what can I say, I am glad there was nobody to put that episode on a camera but it is now safely where it belongs.
