I finished the trim around the last window and touched up the dings the planks put in the walls and put a final coat of paint on the second floor. Then it was time to take down the scaffolding and take a couple of pictures of the wide open spaces. The third
picture is for Jim, and I have to say yes I did dig another hole and I know it is getting old but this one will let us use the post hole auger safely with out cutting the underground electrical feed.

Yes there are a lot of lights up and brightly shining in the core plus the fan is hung and spinning. I got a little help the last few days and the second floor ceiling is looking pretty good. I still have a little trim work left up stairs around the windows and around the capital post.

I started putting up the core second floor ceiling today and it is going very well, it is a very slow process every board is a unique length. I am looking forward to next week we can hopefully get started on the pole shed/ garage/ boiler room. It turned out to be a absolutely gorgeous day today it is about time. Tuesday and Wednesday I finished the ceiling trim on the main level. I had to reset the kitchen sink the gasket material didn't seat right.

On Thursday Mary and Andrea came up and helped with the radial ceiling trim it really looks great. On Friday I had the excavator dig the hole for the septic tank and he brought a load of sand that will be used for the mound in august but he put a couple of scoops in the whole and I leveled the sand . It works as a cushion under the tank to help keep the tank from being damaged by rocks and it is a lot easier to level than our clay. Also it has been brought to my attention that I tend to post pictures of everybody's behind and so here is one of of my behind.
